I just drove my vehicle from my job home about 16 miles. The car spilled all the antifreeze fluid. I had to fill it twice before getting home. I was charge $1211 plus 3 days of service. Currently the car is not drivable. I have no choice but to bring it to a neighbor mechanic and see what Infiniti of manhasset failed to do correctly. I feel I was cheated. I left a message. I will have no choice but to charge Infiniti for the added costs from another mechanic. I am very disappointed.

David was very accommodating. He knew I had to get to work; I came in with a flat tire. He got it done as quickly as possible and I was on my way. This dealership does it's best to please the customers.
