Joe was great and the whole experience was good. I was sent a link to check out it on my phone and was in the process of doing that when Joe came and got me; it’s kind of silly to text somebody that their car is ready and they can pay without human contact while the service rep is walking out to the waiting area to tell them their car is ready and walk them to the cashier window.
Also, when there’s a software update for my car it would be informative to be given a sheet with my receipt that gives a complete description of the software update, what it’s supposed to do, etc.
