Joe did a professional job. He was a good listener and his evaluations for necessary and correct. There was no "Hard sell" for parts or trade in which I appreciate. This allows the quality of Honda to sell itself. Therefore I intend to retain this vehicle because of that combined your fine service. I think that the service advisors should not be on commission as they are always trying to sell extra services to drum up the.
