Joe did a professional job. He was a good listener and his evaluations for necessary and correct. There was no "Hard sell" for parts or trade in which I appreciate. This allows the quality of Honda to sell itself. Therefore I intend to retain this vehicle because of that combined your fine service. I appreciate the Shuttle Service in a quality vehicle and equally efficient and courteous driver. I also appreciate the fact that each time I come in to Lia, no questions is too small or wastes valuable time. Go Honda! Go Lia!

I particularly liked the fact that they didn’t try to sell me services that I don’t need or want it was nice to come in and get the service I wanted without being pressured to have other things done that I’m not interested in. I think that the service advisors should not be on commission as they are always trying to sell extra services to drum up the.
