Danielle did not communicate when service was completed. She relied on Robert to tell us which he did not. When we brought up a concern that our vehicle wanders at highway speeds her reply was we will do a safety inspection at 10,000 miles. I don’t believe we should wait to have the vehicle in safe operating condition.

Interior was left with grease spots on door sill and handle. Service Alert was not reset by tech. I had to find a solution on YouTube. Subpar service just like the Honda side.

My experience was just over five hours and cost nearly $1000 Nothing against personnel; however, the procedure was somewhat disjointed! I sat in the waiting room for four hours with not even anyone approaching to let me know how it was going! Then, to make things worse after the four hours the car did not respond fully when I took possession had to bring it back and wait another hour. The total experience was a five hour nightmare! However, Anthony was sensational the young lady in there the receptionist was sensational but maybe you could fine-tune the methodology... If you were to Add the hour Drive round-trip plus the five hours I was sitting in the waiting room, a total six hour nightmare, I would like to be compensated for my time; i’m just saying! Yes I’m upset, and yes I’m disappointed in Port Charlotte Volkswagen... The question is, will it be a next time?!?!?!?!?!
