When I got my car back there was a scratch on the left side near the wheel. I told the manager and he said he will call me tomorrow to talk and see what he can do. I didn't get a call back so I called and a lady answered the phone and she said she has no idea what was going on and then transferred me to the manager who I was talking to before. He didn't answer so I had to leave a message. The way this is being handled is absolutely unprofessional...

DANIELLE was perfect but your prices are outrageous. My boyfriend had his two brand new dodge trucks. One is a Big Horn and the other is a Laramie 3500 chaise. He paid 129.00 for his oil change. His vehicle takes 3 times the oil mine takes. I may be shopping around next time ????????

Loved the service and friendly staff at VW. My only question is why the tire measurements and brake measurement were not noted on the invoice when the is an area for it. I think this a a great tool to watch for the wear and tear but no information was given to me.

Danielle Wagner did an outstanding job in keeping me informed about my vehicle. She and the technician have try very hard to stop an exciting oil leack. As of today the vehicle is not leaking any oil.
