Having the vehicle warranty and added service plans on my vehicle allows me peace of mind not having to come up with the funds to fix what I need. This team does a good job at giving you a hundred percent of your needs. Always a pleasure thanks for the donuts and coffee

Service was extremely busy and Chaz was alone at the desk. He kept his cool, in spite of the fact that there were too many people to process for one person. It was the same checking out but by then there was another man helping but still not enough personnel for the number of customers coming and going. He did an excellent job and helped me with what I asked of him even when extremely busy.

I have to say that I am impressed with the VW dealership and treatment I received here in general. I hope they continue to meet my expectations as I continue to recommend them to other VW owners. It's extremely difficult during these times to stay staffed and work with unexpected pressures, but these gentlemen did it. Plus the coffee and music is good. :)
