Michael accommodated us on a moment’s notice after we notified him of an unbalanced tire installed a few days earlier. The affected tire was rebalanced and road tested to ensure that all was well. This will hopefully put an end to our tire saga…fingers crossed, as we’ll be on the high very soon. Thanks again to Mike for his help, as well as to the service manager.

Michael, as always, was very helpful. However, I’m somewhat disappointed that VW USA doesn’t have a way to diagnose the problem that my Atlas has, which is a jerking motion while accelerating. I’m not looking forward to my 1500 mile return trip to Massachusetts.

I addressed an issue with the front sensor assist in the info center. You did a scan of the computer, the results were a code that was deleted. I was not off your lot and the same issue came up again. I expect this issue to be resolved. If the sensor needs to be replaced then do it. The car is under warranty. If not resolved I will take it your upper management. Please reply.

Michael was super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and thorough regarding my Golf. Michael and Dalton went the extra mile servicing the car, as well as talking to me after the service to take care of any additional concerns. Great VW knowledge and stellar customer service from both Michael and Dalton. Would recommend.

Both Michael and his manager resolved the issue concerning my outdated tires. They corrected the situation completely. I wasn’t happy about paying for tires twice in 3 years, but my safety concerns were resolved.
