I was there for an hour and half for an oil change,I had a 9 am appointment,I waited 10 minutes at the desk waiting for someone to show up and give me my keys so I could leave. Are you sure you want my buisness?

I was given an appointment for a recall from Volkswagen. The Rep was not at fault for a stupid appointment that was not needed because the only thing was done was to provide few pages of VW Taos technical data. A recall appointment means you are supposed to physically do a service repair on a vehicle. Whoever setup an appointment for me to waste my time picking the car at my wife's work place is to be blamed.

Have been servicing car since the lease 2019. Last 2 times the service dept has been overwhelmed.. had 11 appt was told it could be 2 hours.. I donr have 2 hours.. I was sad because inwould rather give my business to the local dealership I bought it from.. I was supper disappointed.. with that.. the manager said they would pick my car up the following week and gwt my service done.. he followed through..they picked my car up and brought it back. For that I am thankful.. we just need to look at what is broken in that service dept.. it hasn't always been like that.. just the last 2 oil changes.. for now..they shined as they followed theough with appt and did what they said they would do.. thank you.. I am sure that they are overwhelmed.. but then don't book so close to back up so early in the day.. that makes for.a horrible day for everyone.. even ur workers.. broken is schedule.. just continue to work on that. If u make an appt.. keep it.. if ur customer drives 45 minutes each way.. make their appt important.
Love the customer service and the quality of repairs in the service department. Really dislike the Incompetent call in service that you use. Incompetent. You are hurting your business. Will try the service in Sarasota.

Mike is a credit to your store. I have had vw’s only since 1969 and my interaction with Mike and your service department has been outstanding.
Tire rotation was not done. Had to go back into service center and inquire why it was not done. Turns out it did not need to be done, but I was charged for the service, which was refunded. Had I not checked, I would have been charged for something that was done/not needed. Looking through the multi-point inspection this morning, the brakes were not checked. Why? Everytime I've brought my vehicle in for service, that has always been included in the inspection. Not the best experience this time around.
