Your dealership service department has exceeded my expectations on every point of contact before and during my visit. I split my time between here and Duluth MN. I wait until I get here when possible for service. Car wash is still a surprise to me --- an unexpected treat.

Service was good . But I did not appreciate not being called back for 2 1/2 hours as to status of repairs. I was told it would only take 1 hr to c what was needed and then I would b called as to necessary repairs and cost. After 2 1/2 hrs I called to c what was going on. After numerous phone transfers I was only able to leave a message for mike. Two additional phone calls were made and then I finally got a call from mike as to status. The work that was done was good but the communication was poor.
