Took 30 days to install recall 97FY. Kudos to Steve Marrocco explaining dealership problems in the installation portion of this recall. Loaner car was good. My main gripe is your phone system and trying to leave a message or actually speaking to a human in the service dept.

Took 1 photo of damage and didn't explain what actually happened just a very vague photo. Then I found things on my "list" that I was given for parts that were replaced within the past year... stop trying to oversell and upsell EVERYTHING and do some work to see if it's actually bad. Should be ashamed trying to sell stuff that doesn't need fixed

Inspection report post checking out notes tires may need future servicing yet during busy Mike seemed to imply that tires were unsafe to drive on, noting “ they are seperating in the voter from dry rot”. Receipt no Mike noted anything about the quality of tire purchased, specifically the warranty, While sitting in the wait area, I noticed the signage about the tire special package, price and 5 year alignment. When asked after be shown the price of what he was putting on he really had no answer. When reviewing the receipt at home I noted that I got only a one year allimement. When texting him back about some questions he did not get back. Also, he noted the comp car wash was a hand wash. I highly doubt that it was because water was on my seats (convertible top). Sadly because it was not dried, I left in a dirtier car than when I drove in . DEFINITELY FEEL I DID NOT GET THE SERVICE THAT WAS EXPECTED
