Michael was good…. I don’t agree with the diagnostic charge. I feel that if you still get work done, you shouldn’t have to pay that I was already paying $400 isn’t that enough? Plus, I actually was emailed a coupon and I couldn’t use that. I wouldn’t mind if that could be adjusted on.!
