You all were very busy and it was the third time I was at your place for the light stay on for my tires it was a faulty light. I had to stay there over 2 hours each time. Not the representatives fault. They were courteous.

Everything leading up to and including intake at the service center was great! I however am unclear as to what all was done/checked. I may be mistaken but I believe tire pressures were adjusted as I was running at 40psi with no warning light and on the way home from the checkup the tire pressure light is now on. I will recheck pressures.....adjust as needed and reset monitor as I live in Cape Coral and not worth the time to bring back to be looked at.

Just purchased new 2021 Honda Ridgeline from Max Mallard at Norm Reeves Honda. Max is always superior in the customer service he provides. Max made sure our issue was handled promptly and to our satisfaction. Did not see Rachel Metzger.

Truck was not washed. You go out of the way to mention a car wash worth 19.95 and nothing was done. Oil change and tire rotation was fine.

It should not take 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not to mention my 1 hour round trip driving time. My service representative was very professional.

Deb was very helpful and I was taken in rather quickly even though I had no appointment. Also I unexpectedly had to replace a tire in your prices were very competitive with the local tire stores. So I just had your people do it. Then they even wash my car for me.
