Very courteous and facility is top notch. Information on expected time parameters and estimate would be helpful. As great as the car was (way better than I expected) I may have passed on it if known it would take 45 minutes. Oil change an hour for almost 2 hour commitment which I had planned for. Friendliness of staff is a big plus

Had to go back twice for a simple oil change. It appears the mechanic did not tighten the oil filter, leaked on my garage floor. I live about 15 miles one-way from the dealership. Need better quality control. Not Terrel's fault.
