When I had Angela Steward in the past as a Service Consultant, I received 100% Customer Service. Today, I received no receipt of credit card payment. There was no World Class Inspection Sheet attached with Red/Green/Yellow stating what was checked, may need future attention, or requires immediate attention. Also I drove 2 minutes away, realized the Car Maintenance reset needed to be done, and came back. I was told to sit tight by outdoor service man, after I had waited 2 hours for a Basic oil change? This was poor service on 04/10/2021.

Your service center representative, Miss Deborah could not have been more helpful. We talked on the phone first she gave me a time to leave at the store and had us in the service department with a loaner car. We were very pleased that we were able to find a Honda dealership to take care of our needs in our travels to Florida.

The reason for our visit was to buy a tire and have it mounted. My husband paid the bill in advance then he was told the car was ready and was given the keys. The only problem was, the keys didn’t belong to our car and the tire had not been changed. The old tire was still on the car. My husband got his money back and left the dealership. We later returned after speaking to Cole in parts and he assured me that he had his hands on the tire we needed. We purchased the tire and went down the street to a tire shop and had the tire changed. I am not sure what was going on at your dealership but it was kind of like a three ring circus!

Service manager was friendly and helpful. Maintenance was completed ahead of estimated schedule. Free car wash was a very nice extra. Will definitely return to this dealership for future service on my Honda.
