Two hours to tell me nothing was done! I told service my driver mirror vibrates. Just to find out it was an inherent problem and Honda is aware of it. I told service the securing clip on the passenger floor mat clip seemed to be loose. Only to be told all of them on the lot were that way. I arrived a little before my 9:40 appointment and was received promptly. It wasn’t until 11:00 when I went to Deb to ask about my vehicle. That’s when she told me the mirror was on back order and nothing could be done about the clip. And the vehicle was in wash. Left at 11:45.??

John has always gone above and beyond!! Extremely professional attention to detail. Follows up timely on status. Explains everything in detail. Great personality you guys should have more like him representing your service department. He really is a role model...just a great all around guy.
