Took almost 2 hrs for an oil change and a cab air filter replacement. Bathrooms not available....coffee maker not working....why should I come back?

Service was not completed as scheduled. I also paid to have my tires rotated, this was said to have been completed but was not. I went back in two more times to get the original service completed but it still has not been completed. The tires finally were rotated when I went back in the second time.

Was very happy that my Car got washed and cleaned inside. But on Friday the light came on again and the back Tire on the Passengers side was very low. My husband took it to a tire place and it had a big nail in there. We are now trying to find out how to reset so the light does not come on any more
