I was told that I have a screw in the tire by Debbie (I think her name is). She tried to show me but it apparently it is in the inside of the tire. I find it strange that of the 3 women in the waiting room we were all told we had a screw in our tires????. Do you find that strange? I do. She proceeded to tell me I needed to buy 2 new tires. She did eventually explain the whole reason and I could understand when I saw them. My thinking is that since I only have 24,000 miles on this car that I expected not to have to spend money on it besides an oil change and tire rotation annually. Last year the total cost of my repairs was over $400 and lots before that. I specifically bought a brand new Honda because they were reliable car and I thought i wouldn’t be having these expenses. When I opened the email with the explanation of work done and recommendations I couldn’t believe what I read that you want me to replace all 4 tires for $1100. WHAT? Does that even cover the cost of new tires AND labor? At least 2 of the tires look fine. I feel like because I am a woman I’m being taken advantage of. I should have bought a used car if I’m having to have these expenses on a car with less than 25,00 miles on it. After several attempts of getting service there, I’m done. I will take my car elsewhere. You don’t need to call.

Service department didn’t recalibrate tire pressure so had to return the next day. Left rags in the car. Car reeked of gas. They shoved everything in the seat/back up under the front seat. Have worked with Larry to resolve.

Your service fee are too high. The 2.5 hour wait I had was excessive given the work requested. I had to ask the service person to pull my car out of the car wash line because I needed to get to my next appt.
