Ethan service agent was absolutely of no help. Jaime Trujillo service manager solved my problem 8n 1 minute. Ethan made up excuses for 30 minutes why my vw with a 8:30 am appointment had nothing done all day. Call me if you want more details why I feel he is not a problem solver but is an excuse maker and a poor front facing representative of your company.
Jimmy is very kind , professional & explained all that needed to be done with my car. It did take all day for the service, he did advise me of that .
When my car needs another service I hope he will be the one to help me.

Renato was great. However, don’t your dealer wash the cars anymore prior to delivery after a service or warranty repair? This visit was the second time the car was not ran through the car wash. Otherwise, my expectations were met.
