The service was great. The customer service was really good very informative. They answered all my questions. The only problem I have is there is no solution for my squeaky brakes that make my proximity sensors go off causing a safety issue but I know this is an ongoing problem. I just feel that they haven’t found a solution and that’s a problem. My brakes are still squeaking and grinding.

The 30k mile serviice was fine. My dissatisfaction is with the continual squeaking and grinding brakes on my Atlas. To tell me that it is normal to have brakes do that is ridiculous. I will be contacting VW tech to see if they have an answer.

Felipe Rojas was great and did a good job communicating. The overall experience of this door handle recall for me has been a nightmare and very disappointing. My first visit for the recall was in June and ended in October. The mechanic broke a part during the recall door handle repair, my car sat at the dealership for over 20 days in July, and the replacement part was not available to a customer that already purchased a vehicle. Corporate VW did not help the dealership with locating the part. Terrible experience.

Don't promise people their vehicle will be ready by a certain time even when they have an appointment and then it isn't even ready until more than 24 hours later.

Worst experience ever They texted me and said my car was done and ready for pickup. When I arrived they told me they made a mistake. My car was not touched and it was there for 4 days I will never do business with Norm Reeves again. Have GM call me I called VW of America to file a formal complaint

I want to clarify : YES I was happy with the service, it took a little tome to get there. I’ve been coming to this store since I bought my car. 1/2016 The service advisors were great and recently in March 2023, I noticed everyone is gone except for Raul Escamilla, the service Assistant Manager. At first I felt uncomfortable on the second time because I needed a mayor repair on my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. About a water pump and a Hose. To make the story short the part for the hose was ordered wrong twice! Making me doubt of the ability and competency. Raul helped a lot in clarifying the error came from a person ordering the part not from the mechanic. I was told the part they ordered would take 10days however I google the part my self and found it in los Angeles, I had to ask the Mgr to go ahead order it with the part that was for my Jetta with a “P” not a “Q” and it worked, the part arrived and my car was done by Wednesday. The team all worked together to fix the issue and complete the work on my car. I trusted them I felt confident that they are able to resolve and keep the client coming back. I appreciate all the extra work from management from Raul, Jaime Trujillo and I give 5 Stars to Ethan! He is new but has a way to ease up the customer. Thank you Volkswagen Reeves -Irvine. Hope I dont have to be back soon.

Human error is unavoidable, and understandable. The *three times* there was a complete lack of communication, along with an *abject failure* to service my vehicle, means that Norm has too much customer volume, a problem I must help him to solve.
