I had an appointment at 8.45, to which, I was on time. I made it very clear that I need my car back in the afternoon and I asked for an update by 2pm at the latest. No one reached out to me until after 4pm. I was alerted on the app, that my car was not even unlocked until 3.30pm. After all that, the problem was not resolved and I continue to have problems. So no, I am not satisfied.
I am not a fan of VW and severely regret buying the car. But Josue makes ownership of this “vehicle” a lot less awful. He was helpful, insightful, went above and beyond and remembered issues that needed inspection from a conversation we had prior to showing up and formally handing him the car. He was able to diffuse a very upset customer, me, and leave me very confident in his abilities. The car may be something I have no respect for, but Josue has earned my admiration. I would follow him for service, don’t lose him.
Jimmy **** was the most respectful, professional, and considerate person I could’ve been helped by. He was super easy to communicate with and is genuinely an amazing person. His service alone made my experience with Norm Reeves VW a 10/10 and I will only going here for any future services I may need in the future! Thanks again Jimmy :)
He was great. This was a follow up appointment so he got me in and out quickly and I didn’t need to wait to process paperwork. This was my best experience with service to date.
