Customer service rep was great but the store falls short. Unable to deliver recall fixes even though many months have passed. My experience with other dealers always run car thru a wash before returning car. VW doesn’t document what the 20k service is on computer system.

It was very frustrating that you continued to reach out to me and my car was not in the shop even after I continued to advise that you have the wrong phone number associated to the service ticket. It clearly shows the service is for Omar and I am Paul. At one point I was able to see Omar information for phone number and email. As a previous customer it is very concerning of the personal information shared via voice mails received and various text messages left. Could be reasons to continue not to come back.

I’m not complaining about the service but unfortunately the management how they run that location doing Customer Service it’s below zero they don’t do any favor for the customer. Then I bought my car that location charge me over $6000 over price. I feel like I ripped off with that car and every time when I have recall, I had to drop my car they don’t have any rental car for a few days it’s awful. They don’t charge my car when I go get my car. I will never ever recommend to anybody to get this ID for specially for that location. I try to contact the Corporation, but it’s hard to get in touch with Customer Service . I don’t know if they care or not but I feel terrible even after three years driving this car I wish I could return on the first day, but they lied to me again after 24 hours wanted to return the car they said they don’t have such a things like that. They overcharged me and that vehicle. ‼️‼️‼️
