He has always been a strong advocate for doing what’s right for the customer. Volkswagen lacks the parts needed to fix the problem that was found by Service tech, with no ETA for the part.
He was very courteous, professional and pleasant.
I was disappointed I was told I could have a loaner car but then was told ‘my coworker gave it to another customer.’ Other than that, everything was great.
Service was good, but did not clean the car. The service person was very helpful.
Left my car on Friday for two recall software updates with the expectation of picking it up the same day. On Saturday, expected my car to be repaired. Late Monday, I was able to pick up my car. Rigo said he would provide updates, he never did. I left messages for him to call me back, he never did. When making an appointment for these recalls, I was told no loaner would be provided due to the recalls were a Corporate issues and the dealership would not take the expense. No complementary car wash was done. I felt like I was in the middle of a dealership and corporate feud over the recalls.
Alberto has great customer service and he entrusted me that my vehicle would be clean and properly taken care of customer service with all the services that I have to do for a 60,000 mile check up and he personally take care of things that I asked him to do your hose blew out my engine he did that I appreciate everything Abril did for me thank you so much for swagging you need him he’s a keeper sincerely Dennis T
