I feel like I've been lied to taken advantage of, bait and switch, you name it I would never recommend Norm Reeves to anybody
I sat for 3 hours with no update with no kids with me. I was also told I had a nail in my tire and told it doesn’t need anything and now my tire pressure is continuing to drop in that tire. I have to make another appointment just to sit for another +hours there

I am happy with the service from Norm Reves but not happy with the service advisor’s recommendation. I cannot believe that a 2021 Golf will need rotor replacements with only 30k miles on it. I’ve owned a lot of cars and have never had to replace the rotors until way pass 100k miles. I can’t believe that they cannot be resurfaced either. This sounds like a new way for VW to make money!!
Customer service dropping off and picking up my car was great … but my car battery has never died before and the same day I picked up my vehicle the battery completely freaked out and died while I was at a stop. Seems extremely unusual and I will be reaching out for a resolution
