Not having an appointment, was not an issue, service provider Josue welcomed me back. Work order prepared, only additional charge I requested was rotate tires. Josue arranged for transportation to home and return to dealership when service was completed, Survey’s are usually 0 - 10 being the best, I rate this service 100, over the top, thank you Josue and team for making servicing my car so pleasant. Josue is friendly, kind, and a great help today for my tire replacement. He upsells understandingly— suggesting what more he thinks I need done but isn’t pushy about it. My sister and I have both been helped by him now and we both agree he is one of the best service associates VW Irvine has.
First thing I need to say, this reply does not reflect upon Rigoberto at all, he tried his best to get me sorted.
I arrived at approximately 10:45 for my tire patch appointment, having made the appointment over the phone 20 minutes earlier. At 12:25 I had to leave without the work being done, and then find alternative transport for my afternoon appointment in Torrance, which was not an easy task.
From the outside, it seems there is no capacity for last minute walk in appointments.

Josue was very friendly and professional. He received me before the scheduled appointment and offered a ride back home. At my pick up he shared what was done to the vehicle and addressed all the questions I had.
Josue is the best person at Norm Reeves VW Service Center. He took the time to get me a loaner vehicle after finding out how many times we had to take our car in to get serviced. He has been friendly, patient, and kind throughout the time we had to have our car repaired. I will always only ask for Josue from now on. I have had some disappointing experiences with other people in the service department that have made me at times regret my purchase of our car but Josue has had me change my mind. Really appreciate all his help.
He was wonderful to work with as have always been with all the staff there over my many years as a customer. Thank you for the continued great service.
