I got a good service, although with a little delay, but everything was fine
I have no complaints about Rigoberto, as he was professional, and explained things clearly, I am disappointed that VW has passed the cost of subpar parts on to their customers. My vehicle has had to have its brake pads replaced twice due to premature wear. I was not charged the first time, but was this second time. I was advised to bring the car in after another 5,000 miles to check the new pads condition, but unless VW figures out better pads, I can expect to have to pay for another set of a subpar product. I have already reached out to Customer CARE where they were unable to resolve anything, and have submitted a claim to BBB. I would, in the end, appreciate some compensation, at the very least, the cost of the parts.

Jimmy was awesome! Great experience and quick to complete our tecall and certificate. The only bad part was and he made it known to me, he said the check engine light was off when checking out and that it would come back on. He said ot would $210 for alln update to completely get rid of it, i got in the car and as soon as o started the check engine light came on. I had to leave to my cancer appointment. Other than that, Jimmy was honest, friendly, and hospitable. Ty
My car was at you service all day and you didn’t even touch my car. I called in to check status on my car and service guy lied to my saying that “he don’t know what is the issue and they need to dig dipper”. On the and of a he let me drive my car with defective airbags system. I will never come back to your service.
10/10 service appointment with Jimmy. It’s the first time that I’ve showed up and someone came out to greet me and say that they will be right with me. Easy drop off and pick up and he kept me updated on my car! Thank you so much!
