Jimmy is wonderful! I am so pleased with my service. After going back and forth with another dealership (Pacific VW in Hawthorne) that is closer to me (the Santa Monica location I used to go to closed down), I decided I’d take the drive down to Norm Reeves VW and I’m so glad I did. Jimmy listened to my concerns, he took the videos I recorded of the issue I was having and he stayed in touch and provided me with updates. He fixed an issue that the other dealership failed to address correctly. He’s a star employee and I will definitely come back again for future servicing needs. I also wanted to give a shout out to Andrew Serafin, the technician that worked on my vehicle. They both fixed an issue within days that I was not able to get fixed with the other dealership in two months. 10/10 will be back again for sure!
