Well, Norm Reeves actually owns my ID4 now. It was a great car while we owned it. Renato was a real Pro as he took care of our car as well as me He had Mack work on an offer to buy my car. Mack was great to work with on the purchase of our car. He made sure to explain the process clearly.

Josue Zavala was extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the service process. We had been dealing with a service issue for several years at another dealership that was never resolved. Within 5 minutes of talking with Josue he knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I have been coming to Norm Reeves VW for many years. Josue & Raul have always been awesome to work with. They have been honest, straight forward and courteous.

Rigo was very helpful, and was able to expedite my service. He communicated very well. Jaime, the service manager, was also very helpful. He was able to get me a loaner vehicle since I would be without a car for at least a few days. Overall experience was excellent.

Josue Zavala lacked a since of customer service, when certain questions were asked he asked “why don’t I take my car to the other store” and when I asked why an issue that I told him about wasn’t checked he said they checked it in January, this is October and the issue is still happening. He then told me again “I should take the car to another store because they don’t have an issue” Upon car drop off at 7 AM on Tuesday, my wife was informed that the issues with the car may be due to driver error and not included in the warranty, she signed a document for diagnostics to be run where no issues or parts were discovered outside of a “rock” in a shutter pump in the grill?

Unfortunately, my car is ten years old and parts are older and brittle. Changing a bulb caused something to break. It happens and Jimmy was upfront about end results because no one of authority was there.
