My front headlight cover was broken during a bulb replacement. I paid almost half of the part and it was replaced. Unfortunately, now my passenger side headlight looks clear and brand new while my drivers cover is cloudy and yellow. It looks strange.
He did a good job. The only thing is that we’re not satisfied about how the brakes sound specially in the morning and there’s nothing to fix it. So it’s very bad that we have to deal with it and that’s it.

Jimmy was very helpful! However, the service hours took a bit longer than usual! I left my car at 11 and picked up at 4 30!

Thanks to the entire team that made the maintenance seamless from start to end.
The overhead button control unit for the sunroof and all of the lights has completely broken off and is now dangling from the roof of my car. I’ve had to use duct tape to keep it in place but it keeps falling down. I’m worried it’s going to break all of the connecting wires to the controls. I went in for an appointment to have it repaired and I was told that it is on back order and it is unknown how long it will be before the part comes in. Therefore, in the meantime, I’m driving around with the overhead control panel just dangling form my roof and seems to be causing even more damage!

I went on 10/14/24 for a scheduled first service appt, as I got an email saying my car was due. I had the day off of work so I took it in, I was told it’s too early for it, when I mentioned I got an email, I was questioned about it and was asked to show the email as proof. I was offered a free wash “for my troubles”. Once I was able to find the email I was brushed off and told it just said it would be due soon, not necessarily right now. Although it said it was time for it and had a link to schedule the appt on the email. Being a girl and bringing the car in for service alone it’s clear we are taken advantage of. I rescheduled my appt for a following Saturday, showed up with my husband and was not questioned at all and they took my car for service without any issues. Disappointed in this experience with VW. Making me wish I never bought from this dealership in the first place if this is how they treat their customers. In the future I will be taking my car to a different dealership.
