Great job!

I dropped my car off Tuesday am to have the water pump replaced. The part was out of stock (which is understandable) so I had to wait until the next day. The next day, I have to call for an update and I’m told that a technician called out sick and my car wouldn’t be ready the next day. On Thursday morning, still no update so I call Tom to get status and he says he’s hoping before lunch but no promises. I explain to him that my time is short this week and I really need the car ASAP. The next update I received is that it will be ready at 2:00pm which it was. Overall, it’s hard for me to understand how the call out of one technician can cause such an affect on your business. With COVID businesses are dealing with this everyday. I’m a Store Manager of a big box retailer and have dealt with this a lot. There are some many mechanics out there... it’s hard for me to want to pay more at a dealership to get that kind of service.

I always enjoy working with Tom. He keeps me well informed with my vehicle and is patient with any questions that I might have. Personally, he is a big reason why I enjoy going to this dealership. Also what makes Tom impressive, is how comfortable he makes exchange. No matter how small of a question, he is willing help. He really is on top of things!
