VW should offer free cleaning with each service. Also $100 is a bit expensive for a basic oil change. I was unaware of the price until it was too late. No one else charges that much for an oil change. Also this is a 2019 lease with 4k miles which should offer free oil changes.

Raul Escambia is wonderful. He kept me informed on my Tiguans status in service, he had the information on my service contract, I felt very comfortable leaving my car overnight. The service department at Norm Reeves is wonderful.
