I had an excellent experience re: the service of my VW Atlas and Thomas answered all my questions.
I have been dealing with this dealership for 10 years and never been disappointed with them ever. Tom in the service department is one of the best and Robert in sales also will do anything to help no matter what . You have a number of staff that make you feel like you are special. I would and do recommend friends to your dealership.
Raul and the team did an excellent job today, responsive and professional and thorough.
Thomas is very pleasant to work with, professional and even waited for me after hours since i was running late.
Thomas was a champ on Saturday. It was SO busy and there were multiple customers waiting. He kept his cool and was still super friendly and helpful to everyone. He worked quickly and effectively.

Raul who helped me today and did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of the progress of my 20,000 mile vehicle maintenance. I worked with both Raul and Tom Brock before and both have just been absolutely outstanding service folks. I was told to replace a tire for $170. After taking it to a tire shop, they told me they were brand new tires and I was scammed. Turning my car in in August and not doing another lease here. Not the first time I’ve had a problem!
Thomas was enthusiastic, thorough, and helpful when helping me understand what an inspection notice entailed. Next time I need a service, I know he’s the right guy to call.
