I brought my car in specifically to have a sensor checked because the tire light keeps coming on. I picked the car up and was told that you guys filled my tires. Not helpful, this morning the sensor is back on. It would’ve been nice if you tested to censor instead of justAssuming that I didn’t know how to fill my tires with air. My car was there for two days and the original issue that I brought it in for is still an issue
All of the people especially Tom Brucks were incredible nice people and did a wonderful job giving me world class service. That being said I don’t know if I want to come back here again. I feel I can find much cheaper service which is equally reliable. I was quoted a price and received a bill that was 3x more. Again great service, but not worth the price. Thank you Tom for providing me with a great experience.

Raul did a great job. This isn’t related to him but your shuttle program really ****. My ride got cancelled multiple times with Lyft and I needed up using Uber out of pocket just to get back to dealership. I would reevaluate that

Dropped of my atlas at 8am. Never received a call of completion. I started calling at 1:58pm to get a status. Once I received the car and brought it home I noticed oily finger prints on the hood and both fenders. I think my service advisor was kind. There should have been some communication once the 4 hour time had passed.
Tom and the team were awesome! Took great care of my SportWagen and got her all fixed up and back on the road in no time. Nicest service team in Southern California!
I just had my car serviced & paid $600+. And a few weeks later, I end up paying $700+. I have doubts about trusting their opinions re that I need to perform their diagnosis. They should have caught this issues when I had it serviced. $1400 expense is not a good thing. Before it got serviced, there was nothing wrong with the car.
Sorry they couldn’t find anything wrong but glad they didn’t find anything wrong!
Customer service was great. Just shocked that the car didn’t get washed. Other dealerships usually wash our cars after service.
