Service was completed efficiently and technicians were polite and courteous.
Raul is great! You are short staffed and it took two days to do a minor service on my car with an appointment! I will probably start looking fir another VW dealership who has a Service department.
I called on Thursday to get an apportionment for Friday. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I left a voicemail, used the online chat to get a call back, waited a few hours and still no one called me back. I called a few more times and finally got through to someone. I got an appointment was told it would be done around noon. I dropped off my car at 8:30am it wasn’t done until 3pm and I only knew it was done because I had to pick it up. No one called me or told me it was ready. It was an easy recall fix that shouldn’t have taken almost 7 hours. The front desk is understaffed or not picking up phones.

Everything was fixed and the customer service was great. I’m just wondering why my vehicle was not cleaned after being serviced. I’m not sure how covid is a reason to not wash a car after service.
