Tom was mainly helping us and he kept giving me the run around. I dropped of my car Monday. It wasn’t looked at until Tuesday. Said the battery wasn’t working and needed a new one. It is one year old and AAA checked it three times and said charge was good. Called back and said the battery was fine but still diagnosing the issue. Took until Wednesday evening to put a couple fuses in. I called for a update and the AC hadn’t even been looked at yet which was part of the original concern stated on Monday and clearly written on receipt. Tom said it wouldn’t be looked at until Thursday. The car sat for the whole day without any work done on it. Came to pickup my car this evening to take to a different dealer and they were still doing work on it even though they said the fuse issue was fixed. Dishonest people working here.

It took you over a month and you never called or texted me to let me know what was going on. You kept making promises about when it would be done and it took 6 tries before your promise was kept.
Appreciated estimated time for my service was less than I was told. Great!!
Was originally told car would be ready “after lunch”. Did not get a call advising me of pick up time until I called at 445 and was told it would be ready at 530.

Back of less than two week old car was scratched during service there. Am
told it will be repaired. Now noticed that the Bumperdillo piece that was $96
and says $128 installation, was installed off center as such it does not lay flat on the right. I could have ordered the piece off Amazon for much less and did it myself, but did not because I feared I would do this. Now what happens to the paint on my bumper if you remove this piece to replace it? Not the best first experience here with a brand new vehicle - as a single mom these purchases even for these add-ons are a big buy and it is disappointing to have them installed improperly and have my brand new car scratched in the process

Waited too long for lift to pick me up. I waited for two lift drivers to pick me up. After an hour found outcthecaddress vw gave them was wrong and they both were lost. After 1 hour and half, I corrected the address for the third driver. 5 mile drive took around 1 1/2 hour.
