The service was solid. The recall and oil change were complete and the rental car we received for the over night service was very helpful. However when I picked up my car there was an alert that kept popping up whenever I drove over 20mph. I did a quick lap and came back and had that reset by the young man at the front, who was very helpful. The next day when my wife went to the grocery store the car completely died. From what I’ve been told there is no correlation between the recall and the battery or computer. However the coincidence does seem a bit strange being that both these issues happened right after we picked up our car. We left for vacation but will bringing the car back when we arrive for a battery
Car once again missing part when it was supposed to be finished.
Guy looked like he got mad cause I didn’t want to pay the 160 then asked me to pay atleast 80 after I had told my wallet is right and still got mad

Excellent service, Michael was outstanding when discussing possible issues with the cars electrical system, he did not miss a beat. Very thorough, friendly and helpful, really was a pleasure working with him. Michael’s personality tends to make bringing in a car for service a pleasurable experience!
I was disappointed to be told that the loud clicking noise when I turn my steering wheel is normal. The car did not make that noise until recently and I have never driven another car that made that noise.

Went above and beyond to explain the various service options related to my vehicle, and was dedicated to finding a satisfactory solution for me. I appreciate the quality of work performed on my vehicle. The check in went really smooth. I was only informed of what was recommended for my vehicle. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. My wait time was shorter than I expected. I really can’t say anything bad about my experience there.
Overall I am satisfied with the service and Raul took good care of me.
Originally I was told that the car would be ready the same day (Monday). I received a call in the afternoon and was told that the car would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told that you didn’t have the brake pads and the car would be ready on Wednesday.
The issue was transportation. On Monday, I wanted to get a rental car but since the car was going to be ready the same day I was planning on having my wife bring me back. Now I had to juggle transportation for three days.
Raul was apologetic and gave me a discount.
Again, I was happy with the service.
