You should have more qualified workers. Plus you messed up the paint on the hood of my brand new car and it has to be repainted. It’s inconvenient to keep bringing back to you for detailing. They tried 4 times and couldn’t do it. Now I have to bring it back and leave it with you with hopes that they will finally get it right. They have to repaint the hood on this new car, I think you should replace the hood instead. This has been a very big inconvenience

I made an appt for Sat morning at 8:45 am hoping that I might be able to her the car back on the same day. At check in I explained the two issues I was having. I got a call back at 3:04 pm telling me they had now diagnosed one of the problems, and that I needed new tires to fix the second problem. I can’t imagine that it took 6 hours to diagnose the problem. I was told fixing the one problem was a big job and the car would need to be kept until Monday. I got a call at 11:22 on Monday asking what tires I wanted, and was told that the job would now not be done by end of day Monday. I texted Tuesday morning and was told the car would be ready by the end of day Tuesday. Then I got a call at 2:35 pm on Tuesday saying that they had now diagnosed the second problem as being a defective right front wheel bearing which would be another $1800 to fix and the car would need to stay another day. I declined the additional service. The first service stayed 5.6 hours of labor and the new tires showed 1.2 hours of labor, yet it took from Saturday morning at 8:45 to Tuesday at 2:35 pm to fix the car. And I paid $800 for new tires and it didn’t even fix the problem. Raul was a nice guy - don’t think it was his fault, he apologized that the second issue wasn’t diagnosed until Tuesday afternoon. Very unsatisfied with my service experience overall. It shouldn’t have taken that long.

You need to give your customers car wash coupons when their service has been completed.
Raul is one of the best service advisers who I have met. He is always very patient, gracious and kind. If I was able to give him a rating of 20 out of 10 I certainly would. This gentleman certainly deserves a promotion!
Raul came through in the end and got our son’s car serviced properly.
Tom’s service attitude has been consistent and that’s most appreciated.
I appreciated Tom’s updates on the work progress. The car seems run like a jewel. Thank you to all involved in getting the work done.

Excellent customer and very friendly and personable .
Thomas was very good. I felt that he knew what he was doing. He seemed to care and listen to what I said. He kept me informed throughout the day. And at the end of the day my car was finished the same day. It could only have been better if it had been run through for a wash. ????
