I was put in line for priority check because I had an initial problem that was not fixed from the previous service. Raul made sure to not keep me waiting as I shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
I waited too long in the waiting room when the key should’ve been ready when I got to the office. I bought my car two months ago and I wanted to get my 2nd key and leave.

260 bucks to diagnose a coolant leak seemed overpriced . I paid for a standard oily change , tire rotation new brakes yet I feel like I got screwed for only a diagnosis .
