My experience is that the vehicle gets cleaned and the tire rotation is always free, maybe not at VW. These are normally complimentary and free drop off and pick up as well

I waited almost 2 hours to have my tires rotated with an appointment & when I asked what was taking so long only to find out they couldn’t do it because there was a mail in a tire. So I waited that long for nothing! Joan J

I did not get a call telling me my car is ready for pickup on the day of service. I did drop off my car at the dealership 7:45am. What is worse is that when I came to pick up my car at the dealership, the service department has been shut down. I thought it is common that someone should inform (text or call) customers cars are ready for pickup, and in the call reminding customers of the latest time for pickup.
