Raúl is always helpful and attentive to servicing my vehicle. He did miss an opportunity last time, however, when he noticed the tread I. My tires was low. He said he would give me an estimate but forgot. I forgot when I walked out the door. Went to Costco and bam…got the tires since I was there already.
This is not meant to be negative but more of a coaching opportunity to take action on the spot and do what needs to be done while discussing it. Else, we all forget. Plus, he seemed to be very busy with other customers and seemed overwhelmed with attending to everyone.
Keep up the good work Raúl. Stay focused and continue to provide the great service you do every time I visit.

We went in with a complaint about the infotainment system in addition to the electrical power system shutdown. they were not able to identify a code for the shutdown so nothing was done. The vehicle had the exact system shutdown when we drove it the next day. Note this issue had never happened prior to the electrical system code. Taking the car back in to our San juan dealer where they also wash the vehicle. Windows and vacuuming wasn't even done here.
