Raul was polite and professional.
Even though he was busy helping another customer, he greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me he would help me as soon as possible.
The check in process was quick and he went over the service that would be done. He offered to answer any questions that I had and also offered to arrange for a ride.
Raul gave me and estimated time for the completion and sent me a message right around them to tell me my car was ready.
He once again greeted me as soon as he saw me back and helped me right away.

I told Ed the sales manager that we would keep the car regardless but would appreciate it if he would consider fixing it for us. He made an appointment for me to bring it in today. Your body man fixed it in less than an hour and I was on my way.

The problem happened 10 minutes after I left the dealership. I got the new battery that they said I needed. When it stalled it took longer to restart the car. Could someone please call me to discuss.
