I have been a 13 year customer with VW and Thomas Brucks has provided above and beyond expectation service in my 13 years as a customer with Norm Reeves VW. He is honest and professional. Not once did he try to up-sell or make money in an unethical manner. I am not sure who I can trust anymore at Norm Reese to provide his caliber of service and in-depth knowledge of the VW brand. He will be missed dearly and he will be an asset in his next role. The new gentlemen replacing him will have to earn my trust. You truly have lost your best asset in the service department.

Upon my appointment arrival, there was no one to greet me at the service station front desk. Once I was helped, after having to ask, they ended up giving me an incorrect wait time. They quoted me a 4 hours or more wait time, but returned my vehicle to me an hour early (great in theory) but only because they didn’t complete the entire service that i needed on mg car. I made my appointment almost a week prior and they were not able to fix my AC system, which was one of the main reasons why I needed the service and disappointing. Something about a certain electrical part they didn’t have onsite to fix my AC. Wish this was communicated to me when I arrived or when I originally made the appointment, now I have to come back. Overall, my perspective on a Monday morning, it felt like the staff did not communicate properly. Hoping this negative appt. was only a one time thing, because I love my Tiguan. Also, I’m a first time owner of a VW.

I had to wait 40 minutes outside my office to get transportation to the dealership. It has less to do with Raul and more to do with Lyft, most likely, but the wait severely impacted my overall experience. I enjoy the convenience of norm reeves location, but today my work day was disrupted and it was not convenient. Thank you for letting me share my feedback.
The team didn’t communicate that I needed a second tire until I was already checked out and driving home and I CALLED about the car pulling right. Only THEN did they say, oh ye, you need 2 tires not one. So I spent 4 hours today getting two tires changed. That’s ridiculous and really bad service.
Thomas is awesome!!! He’s the reason why I continue to bring my vehicle to Norm Reeves for servicing. It’s always a positive experience.
They did not recalibrate the windshield non of the features I had before is working
When I back out there is no warning the front distance warning
