Everything was great except there wasn’t a loaner car available. One of the main reasons I bought this service package was for the loaner car.

Richard Juarez has been such a great help. Whenever I need anything or have any questions about my car or want to fix something in my car ASAP I know I can rely on him. I’ve definitely recommended family members and friends with a ford to call and ask for Richard because he will give you the best service. The communication is great and he keeps you up to date on your car as it’s in the dealership. He’s very easy to ask questions and he will get back to you if he doesn’t know the answer. He never just tells you “oh I don’t know” he will always tell you “you know what let me find that out for you” which is great as a costumer because it can he frustrating asking the person you’d trust for automotive questions and they don’t even try to answer your questions and running up and down for opinions can be very frustrating. I don’t feel embarrassed to ask Richard questions and neither is my family. He is definitely a great person to represent Norm Reeves Ford Dealership.
