Richard kept me informed with the status of my vehicle, I always do early bird drop off so that is very helpful.
The only issue I had was my appt was at 7:40am and had to wait for almost 30 mins until someone came to help me. After the service advisor got to me everything was fine. Richard Juarez took care of me with a friendly and positive attitude so thank you to him for taking care of me and providing transportation.
