Not only was the service horrible my car is worse off now than before I brought it to be serviced. I was there almost 2 hours and only recieved an oil change that wasn't done right because now my car is leaking oil.

I was quoted a price of $300 for the part I needed. I made my decision based on that information. When the part was installed, the price increased to $440! That did not include labor. I wish I had known of the increase prior so I could have made an informed decision. That is my only complaint. I feel the quoted price should have been honored. No other concerns. Thank you.

the place is always unprofessional. They say things are fixed and they aren’t fixed. It’s happened to me 3 times. They don’t cover things that they should. Never satisfied

The window that was ordered came in broke then the reorder came in two days late without proper clips then it took extra day to repair I realize the service dept can’t control shipping but you have to take responsibility overall my vehicle was in there 14 days this is unacceptable however I appreciate Angela contacting us with all the problems and I am glad there was no charge this was covered under warranty I hope the next time my experience will be better
