My wife brought in our Hyundai car for the service department to check oil level due to concerns that engine is burning too much oil and they said she would have to come back to start process over again even though she had the paperwork. This is not acceptable and I seriously doubt I will ever purchase another Hyundai car again

The service that I paid for was not completed.. My vehicle has a bad misfire on the same parts that were so say fixed!! Took it to auto zone for them to put it on tester and it’s saying the same cylinder 2 and spark plug is needs to be changed, I’m not happy with the service I received at all!!

Got the vehicle from there in 2020 recalls are2018 and I have to find some one myself to get it fixed I am 67 a widow and and you could have scheduled it for me or a trade in defaults can cause a wreck might see a lawyer am not happy.

Brittney and Mallory are rude liars. Nothing much you can do about that. They are either told to lie or they are bad people. Should have read reviews before coming there. That was my mistake. I'm going to make sure to get the word out tho so maybe I can prevent even 1 person from experiencing what I did
