Cover the cost of the obvious manufacturing defect of the very irritating loud rattling heard near the back doors of our Santa Fe.
After receiving a letter stating I needed to have my car repaired for a recall and calling and making an appt and schd a ride from and to shop they kept the car for 2 hours and could not repair anything and was told I have 4 parts that needed to be repaired due to recall. We have owned 3 Hyundai vehicles at one time and never had such unorganized recall mess as this I have received 3 letters before to tell me that there was a bad recall on my car and that there was no parts to fix the problem and one letter stating it was ready to be repaired someone needs to get this fixed and I will NOT purchase another Hyundai automobile.
