I was told my vehicle would be done with in 45 minutes to an hour. I waited an hour and a half, all I had done was an oil change. An oil change should only take a half hour at the max. After they pulled my vehicle outside in the parking lot I waited another 10 minutes before anyone brought my keys up front along with my paperwork. I was not impressed at all and won't be going back.

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation appointment, and I do not believe the tires were rotated, as I recently scuffed the right front only to notice that that scuffed tire was still on the right front after returning home. And, when I rotated the tires myself, the torque on the lug nuts were less than anticipated had they been run on with a pneumatic tool.

Overall good, however: wearing masks is not a political statement, it is a public health concern. I appreciate your final morphing to have your tech wear a mask in my car. This was way too stressful of an interaction in a time that everyone should be about what is best for the public. It is not a political civic liberty-it is a virus. The implicit bias by one of your older women in calling me Mrs. also needs an upgrade to current times. People need to ask rather than assume or at least say Ms. Also, she wore a gator, it kept slipping down and exposing her nose which exposed her and me as well.Gators have been shone to spread the virus more. You have correct face coverings, please have people wear them. it would be pretty bad publicity to be traced back as being a super spreader site. Hopefully, someday, we can put this public health concern behind us.
