DeNooyer’s commitment to following COVID guidelines are unexceptionable no one in service shop was wearing a mask, not social distancing and when walking into the show room still not wearing a mask. Your service advisor assigned to me was pushing $2,000 in service repairs that were already done or were inspected in your shop at last oil change and determined to be good. I brought my car in for tires and the recommended maintenance had nothing to do with tires. I suggest you start with asking customers if these services have been completed or actually check the fluids before telling the customer they need to replace these items. The way you try to add service cost will have a negative effect on future service and new car sales. I am currently looking for a new Traverse and it’s disappointing to see what’s going on at DeNooyer, where I highly recommend to everyone looking for a new car. On a positive note I was impressed with Mario’s attention to details with the portion of service he was handling for me.

Evidently your record system has problems. My 2016 Corvette was listed as 2004 (my former car). I tried to explain that this was my 3rd oil change on the 2016. Then I was told I needed a transmission and cooling system flushes. I had a triple trans flush in 2019. So I said do neither.
