Eric kept me informed along the way if my device and what the delays were. Even went above and beyond to help me get a different loaner vehicle since I had no where to plug in the electric vehicle. This was by far one of the best service experiences I’ve had at DeNooyer. Thank you for maki g me a believer in your service department again!
Jesse was a helpful service representative. I’m upset because this repair along with the brake work I had done in August was very expensive and not something that should not have happened to a four year old vehicle. I bought this car brand new from DeNooyer and most likely won’t buy another. I cannot handle high priced repairs on a fairly new vehicle.

Yes, I am absolutely satisfied with the work that Jesse did on my Tahoe. He installed new tires Thursday night, and the ride home was great. He’s a super employee, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Denooyer Chevy for taking such good care of me and my car!!

I feel like I was taken advantage of. After being told that my used vehicle was run thru your service center and given the impression that any issues were corrected. I now learn that there are multiple very expensive leaks... transmission lines, rear main seal, oil lines leaking. Only to be told these leaks are “acceptable” in your inspection process. Complete bait and switch. Then Dominic tries to tell me that was explained in the selling process that “seeps and weeps” are acceptable. It was absolutely NOT explained to me. I never would have bought the vehicle. But I will explain it to ANYONE that will listen. DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. You are the reason people hate used car salesmen. Never again.
