We had our tires rotated in addition to an oil change. The lug nuts ok the back right tire WERE NOT tightened putting our safety at risk. A simple tire rotation and you send the customer home without tightening the lug nuts??? We had pulled out of the dealership southbound on 31 only to see the tire wobbling behind us. We pulled over and called into service. The unmasked tech came out without any tools. He went back to get tools and came back with a too small jack but he was able to tighten the lug nuts. I insisted that we return to the shop so all 4 tires could be checked at that point. When we pulled in, the service rep did not even engage us nor did anyone else to offer an apology. Shameful. Not only was our safety compromised, our valuable time was also taken as we spent an additional 40 minutes getting this resolved. This was not our first experience with shoddy, careless service at your dealership. Look at our records on the “faulty” valve stem on this same vehicle. We will not return.

My Equinox got called in for an o2 sensor recall. I made the appointment for the next week (about 5 days later). Your techs looked at it and said it needed to be replaced (even though I had replaced it this summer). But you didn't have the part in stock and I would have to reschedule another appointment. That is not acceptable service when you knew what the replacement part was and still had me come in even though you didn't have it in stock!! Very disappointed, Jack Slotman

I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to get my vehicle in and check out my battery. Needed it looked at right away since I had to have the vehicle jumped over the weekend. Thank you DENOOYER Chevrolet and Jesse.

Service to car was fine. I had showed some discount coupons but they did not apply them. Also had some points in My Chevrolet but Dominic was not in to help apply them.
